Presenting Sponsor

The sponsorship can be created through a combination of monetary or product of $25,000.

  • In all advertising and promotions, the 2011 race will be deemed the "Knights of Columbus Turkey Day Run & Gobble Wobble Presented by ___."
  • Company logo will be placed on the front of approximately 15,000 application forms.
  • Company name will be included on the radio spots promoting the event .
  • Company logo will be printed just below the official t-shirt design as presenting sponsor.
  • Company will have a presence on and around the race course.
  • Volunteers will wear shirts the day of the race with presenting sponsors logo on it.
  • Company provided banner will be displayed at the Knights of Columbus Hall beginning the Sunday before and through the morning of the race.
  • Company banner will be displayed at awards stage.
  • Company Ad will be included on the front of the race day brochure.

The sponsorship can be created through a combination of monetary or product of $15,000* with a minimum of $5000 cash.

  • Name rotated on radio spots 50% of the time promoting the event.
  • Company logo printed prominently on the back of the t-shirt.
  • Company provided banner will be displayed at the Expo tent beginning the Sunday before and the morning of the race.
  • Sponsorship listing and the option to place a half page ad in the race day brochure.
  • Company name included in all media releases.
  • Company logo placed prominently on the homepage of the race website with link to company website.
  • Company has the option to provide a promotional item to be placed in each race packet.
  • Company name on sponsorship board which will be placed in the Expo tent the week before the race.

The sponsorship can be created through a combination of monetary or product of $10,000* with a minimum of $3000 cash.

  • Company supplied logo or banner hung at start & finish line.

Children’s Fun Run

The sponsorship can be created through a combination of monetary or product of $5,000* with a minimum of $1000 cash.

  • Company name imprinted on all Children's Fun Run race number(these are different race numbers from the Turkey Day Run race numbers.)
  • Company provided banner hung at site of the Children's Fun Run.
  • Company rep can start race for each age group.
  • Company banner will be displayed at the Knights of Columbus Hall beginning the Sunday before and the morning of the race.
  • Sponsorship listing in the race day brochure.
  • Company logo placed on the race website with link to company website.
  • Company has the option of providing a promotional item to be placed in each race packet.
  • Company name on sponsorship board which will be placed in Expo tent the week before the race.

The sponsorship can be created through a combination of monetary or product of $2,500.

  • Company has the option of providing a promotional item to be placed in each race packet.

The sponsorship can be created through a combination of monetary or product of $1,000.

The sponsorship can be created through a combination of monetary or product of $500.

  • Company has the option of providing a promotional item to be placed in each race packet.

Business Sponsor

The sponsorship can be created through a combination of monetary or product of $250.

  • Company name listed in race day brochure map.
  • Company has the option of providing a promotional item to be placed in each race packet.

Additional Sponsorship Opportunities

Host an Event, Dinner or Reception

The Turkey Day Run holds a variety of events, dinners and receptions in honor of our sponsors and volunteers. Hosting one of these events or donating dinner is another excel­lent sponsorship opportunity. Listed below are a few events your company can sponsor through monetary donation or food donation.

Volunteer Meals

Several meals are served to the dozens of people who volunteer throughout race week. Opportunities include providing lunch on Nov. 13th and dinner on Nov. 21, 22 and 23.

Pasta Dinner

The night before the race, pasta dinners are provided free of charge to everyone at the expo. Donations are accepted with the money going to charity.

Awards Ceremony

This is held in Marion Square an hour after the race. This is where prizes are presented to overall winners and age-group winners.
